A.Administrative scriveners are bound by a duty of confidentiality. In principle, we will never disclose personal information or consultation details obtained through our work to others without your consent.

A.We can visit customers at a location convenient for them. However, our travel area is limited, so please contact us first.

A.With advance notice, we will do our best to accommodate Saturday, Sunday, public holidays, and evenings. Please contact us as early as possible.

A.Estimates are free. You are under no obligation to use our services after requesting an estimate, so please feel free to contact us.

A.Actual costs such as transport, postage, communications, printing, bank transfer fees, and statutory fees for document collection will be charged.

A.Payment is by cash or bank transfer. The timing and instalments vary depending on the service and will be explained before you apply or sign a contract. Please note that bank transfer fees are your responsibility. We also accept WeChat Pay.

A.In principle, cancellations after work has commenced are not accepted. If you cancel partway through, the retainer already paid cannot be refunded, and costs incurred up to that point will be billed separately.
